I love staying in hotels. It's just so fun. My friend and I were just discussing this very topic at work recently. We agree that staying in a hotel and ordering room service is like a vacation all in itself. Of course, while on vacation, we do enjoy more than just the hotel. But staying in a hotel is definitely one of my favorite parts of vacation.

I'm a sucker for that neat and orderly feeling of my room. All those fluffy pillows, the neatly made bed (although, just like George on Seinfeld, I too untuck my sheets before sleeping...lol).

And the bathrooms. Rolled up towels, cute little bottles of shampoo and lotion.

I may sound silly but I don't care, I love it all.

When we travel to the US every summer, we spend most of our time at my Mom's. Now, don't get me wrong, I love staying at home. Nothing beats it. But, I'm excited that we'll be staying in a hotel for several days while at the beach. We booked our room in a nice oceanfront hotel. Can't wait.

If you sense excitement in my posts these days you're not crazy. I'm SO EXCITED to go on vacation this year. I'm saying lots of prayers for a safe and extra fun trip! Hubby, little guy, and I really need a nice relaxing get away filled with fun and some hotel time. :)
