hair cut pictures

As I've mentioned before I'll be getting my hair done soon. A new color and a new cut. My hair is currently a light brown with blonde highlights. My natural color is medium dark brown. I've decided on the color I want (see post a couple of days ago). Now it's time to decide on a cut. My hair is currently shoulder length and there aren't many layers or anything going on. It's quite boring to be honest.

I decided to do a little look and see of celebrity hairstyles. I'm not one to cut my hair a certain way just because a celebrity did. As a matter of fact I like being an individual. However, I would much rather look at celebrity pics rather than the salon ones. Why? Because salon styles are made for a photo or a show, a one time event. It's like Art, on display in it's original form forever. But we don't get to see how it looks on day #2 or the different ways you can style it/wear it. Celebrities are real people who we see day in and day out (thanks to annoying paparazzi). We can see the different ways they style it. It's more real to me. So here are a few that I'm interested in:

I'm liking the side swept bangs, especially the length of them, long enough to tuck when I'm grading papers. ;-)

I think I may have had a similar cut before, but I like this one.

I really, really like this one except I would have it cut a few inches shorter, just a little below the jawline.

I've always been a Tiffany Thiessan fan. Yes, I was and still am a Saved by the Bell fan. And Beverly Hills 90210 was one of my all time favorite shows. And I may have possibly been in a pageant that Tiffany won the year she was in it (believe me, they really advertised the fact that she was "discovered" through them). I think she's really pretty and I think she always has great hair. So here is a picture of her with a slightly similar version of what I'm looking for but more layered and choppy. I may also have been drawn to the darker hair color. ;-)

Well, that's all for now. I'll be making my decision soon. Feel free to comment or give your advice. :-)

P.S. Please don't mind my British spellings from time to time. I teach ESL and our books are British. I'm all confused now...hahaha...blond/blonde, grey/gray...same language yet so very different!
