going on a trip

"We're going on a trip, in our favorite rocket ship, zooming through the skies..."

Okay, okay.  Let me clear this up.  We are in fact going on a trip, but no, we will not be going in our favorite rocket ship (although if we only had one like these guys, we could make it home for all the holidays every year...lol).  We are in fact going on our favorite airline, does that count?  lol.  And we technically will be zooming through the skies.  So call it corny, but I can't help belting out this song from time to time before we travel.  Little guy sure enjoys singing it with me...lol.

We'll be leaving this weekend or our annual summer trip.  We're just about packed.  Yay!  As a result of our upcoming travels, I will be taking a vacation of sorts from the blogworld.  We have lots of fun stuff planned, including some small trips and a lot of family gatherings.  So I know computer time will be limited.  And honestly, that's okay.  A break from the laptop will do me some good.  :)
