nivea products

I wash my hands a bizillion times a day.  I hate germs and often question if I have a slight case of OCD.  Hand soaps can really dry out your hands.  I spotted these Nivea hand soaps and when I read "oil" I had to try them out.  I bought the only two scents that I found.

This one is "honey & oil".  I like the smell of honey in this.  It's a calming, soothing scent.  It's currently in our master bath.

This one is "lemongrass & oil".  It has a clean, bright, refreshing scent.  This one is for our downstairs bath.

These soaps do not dry out my hands like other hand soaps.  And they smell great too.  Also, I'm a bit snobby about the bottles I display (I know, I'm weird).  I think the packaging is nice enough to be diplayed at the sink.  I'm very happy with these, and will purchase again.

I'm very picky about deodorant.  And it's not because I want a certain brand or name.  It's all about underarm comfort and freshness.  I have tried many deordorants and I seriously can only name one that I actually like, and that would be Secret.  My problem is that Secret is not easy to find here in Saudi.  So when my supply ran out (I bring a bunch back with me from the U.S. every summer), I had myself in a small dilemma.  So I bought a few brands and was not too happy with them.  Then a friend suggested Nivea.  So I tried it.  And you know, it's not my Secret, but I actually like it.  It's long lasting, doesn't get all clumpy and weird, and it's easy to wash off (I hate deordorants that stick when you're trying to wash in the shower).  The scent above is pretty.  I also have a fresh, energized scent too.  So even though I plan to stock up this summer on my favorite brand in the U.S., it's nice to know that I have a back up here in Saudi.
