happy news

A short and sweet post today to share our sweet and happy news... 

We're expecting Baby #2 in February 2012.  :)

Hubby and I decided last winter that Spring 2011 would be the right time to try and after a couple of months we were successful.  Little guy is very excited.  He's been referring to his soon-to-be sibling as "his baby".  And of course hubby and I are very happy to add to our family.  Little guy just turned five so now was the time.

I just completed my first trimester and I must say that when they say every pregnancy is different, they're not kidding.  In some ways I feel very experienced and in other ways I feel like I'm starting all over again.  I had some minor complications so I have to really take it easy by avoiding stress and relaxing as much as possible (which sounds nice only until you're forced to do it).

I'm sure I'll be referring to my pregnancy often on here, but don't worry, it won't be a "pregnancy blog".  I actually already started one of those which I'll share with you one day soon.  So, for now, let the journey continue...:)
