happy weekend and PINK body mist

Happy Weekend! Well, okay, for most of you it's mid-week but here in Riyadh our weekend has begun. This means I made it through my first week of work. Yay! It actually wasn't bad. It helped my little guy and I get back to normal with our sleeping...well kinda. It's 5:30pm here and he has just fallen asleep. But that's okay. At least we sleep during the night now.

So today my friends and I brought our little ones to work. During the last hour we headed over to the playground to let the kids play. It was very nice but by the time we were done I just wanted to go home and have my son and I take showers. Although there was a light breeze, the sun was very hot. And the playground floor is all sand. We had sand everywhere; clothes, shoes, hair, etc.

So we came home and little guy took his shower. Yes, he's three and he takes showers. I stand beside the tub and help him of course. He says it's like the rain. :-) I LOVE the smell of him after a bath or shower. I still use baby lotion on him, I just recently switched from baby bath to Dove soap. I also use baby cologne on him(Oooo, blog post idea). So I set him up with some toys and books and took my shower. After my shower I sprayed on one of my new favorite things, Victoria's Secret PINK body mist.

There are five different scents(you can check them out here), the one I have is "fruity & bright". I love this mist right after a bath or shower. It's light and smells so good. Another plus is that it comes in a plastic bottle so it's non-breakable. I didn't have to worry when I packed it. And the bottle is a good size, I'm hoping it'll last as long as possible (until I can go home next summer to get some more). Since I usually only use this after showers, I should be able to stretch it out. ;-) My big sister uses the PINK lotion. She likes that the fragrance is light enough to mix with her perfume of choice (we LOVE perfumes). I also love the bottle design too. Btw, as a side note, these are currently on a 2/$20 promo. Can't beat that (they're normally $15).

Well, that's all for now. I'm not going to make much more sense as my eyes are feeling heavy and it's time to sleep (I didn't get enough zzz last night). I know it sounds crazy going to bed at 6pm on the weekend, but all I want right now is sleep! Goodnite! :-)
